Overview

In the Late 1950s and early 1960s Steve studied at Boston College, Duke Law School, and the McGill University Institute of Air and Space Law. For more than four decades he worked closely with government officials, aerospace industry experts, and space policy makers from every corner of the globe to formulate international space law and policy. His exceptional experience and vision will enable him to contribute immeasurably to the future of global space law and policy.

Currently enjoying semi-retirement in the Sierra foothills of California, Steve continues to write, teach, and consult. Current clients include Clean Energy Systems, Inc., of Ranch Cordova, CA, the Walter Mobility Group Inc, of Placerville, CA, and C2 Associates, of Phoenix, AZ. Former clients include the National Center for Remote Sensing, Air, and Space Law at the University of Mississippi, and the History Office of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
